Productores, creadores, distribuidores y m\u00e1s. \u201cSe trata del think-tank de la industria, el laboratorio internacional de la innovaci\u00f3n gastron\u00f3mica.\u201d Dijo Nicolas Trentesaux, SIAL Network Director en la apertura, una gran s\u00edntesis.<\/p>\r\n<p>Unas de las tem\u00e1ticas m\u00e1s discutidas en la conferencia se trat\u00f3 de la constante exigencia de los consumidores,\u00a0 en busca de productos saludables, autenticidad y transparencia por parte de las compa\u00f1\u00edas que al mismo tiempo tienen la responsabilidad de continuar creciendo, considerando que en 2050 deber\u00e1n abastecer a 100 millones de nuevos consumidores.
